Working with you and your wonderful team has been an absolute pleasure! The event has been a milestone in the history of Schwarzkopf, and I couldn’t have imagined it better. Despite the multiple challenging and extremely stressful moments, you have always remained approachable for the team, admirably calm and highly professional. This made all the difference.
