Tess Minor is the hot new, female Stage & Light Creative Director in the music and live entertainment world.

Coming from a lighting programming and technical background, following working on International Artists arena and world tours her stage designs are enriched by this specialist knowledge. She produces visionary concepts which are realistic within the production realms, working with artists such as Drake, Kylie, Tones & I, The Killers, Carrie Underwood, 5SOS, Beth Ditto and Steps.

Her designs focus on creating memorable and impactful moments that elevate the show and match the energy of the music and the ethos of the artist’s brand values. Producing vibrant and commanding staging and lighting designs, she pushes boundaries on creativity by always thinking ‘outside the box’ and implementing the best new technology and materials to develop a new performance experience visually for live audiences and televisually.
